Should an applicant be accepted for tenancy, the initial rent and deposit is payable in cleared funds. Therefore only cash, bankers draft or bank transfer will be accepted. These funds will be due on or before your agreed tenancy start date. Future rent can be sent via a standing order or direct bank transfer.
